Pull does not require listeners to create an account. Listeners can discover and play audio nodes anonymously, without providing any personal information.

Artists

If you upload audio content as an artist on Pull, we collect:

• Metadata associated with your audio (e.g., title, description, location coordinates, and scheduling information)
• Your email address, used solely for internal communication purposes such as important updates, content-related notices, or support

This information is collected directly from you when you submit content through the app. It is stored securely and used only by the Pull team.

Listeners

Pull does not collect any personally identifiable information from listeners. The only data we log is:

• The number of plays per audio node, recorded as an anonymous aggregate count

This data is used to help artists understand engagement with their content. It is not linked to any individual, device, or identity.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Artist email addresses: to contact artists regarding their content, platform updates, or account-related matters — internal use only
• Artist audio metadata: to power the location-based discovery experience for listeners
• Aggregate play counts: to provide non-identifiable engagement metrics to artists

We do not sell, rent, or share any collected information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Artist information is stored using industry-standard security practices. We take reasonable steps to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Play count data is anonymized and contains no information that could identify an individual listener.

5. Third-Party Services

Pull may use third-party infrastructure providers (such as cloud storage and backend services) to operate the platform. These providers are used strictly to power Pull's functionality and are bound to handle data securely. We do not permit them to use your data for their own purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

Pull is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our platform, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.
